What to Expect Here

This is not a place for kids. This is not a place for the narrow minded. This is not a place for racists, sexists, phobics of any kind. This is a place to share, to learn, and to have fun. 

This is going to be an interesting place for a few of you. Those who come here for just the gaming content, or just the kink content, or just the consent talk, or just the discussion of how to see the flaws in the media we love, you'll see the rest and probably just ignore it. That's fine, I'm happy you're here for what you need and not upset that you are rolling your eyes at the rest. 

But there are a bunch of you out there, and I hope you find this blog, who are here for all of it. I know you're out there because you're the nerds I meet at the munch talking about your actual play podcast, you're the friends who's Instagram album is as full of rope pics as they are of your Orc Boyz, you're the people who have come to the meetups I have instigated at gaming cons to help show you that you're not alone in either world. 

The topics discussed here won't always be challenging but they can be. It might expose you to new ideas. It might challenge your assumptions. It might turn you into some new hobby you fall head over heels for. It might infuriate you or have you nodding your head. I just ask that you observe the content warnings and take care of yourself. 

I'm going to be here, talking about the things that make my heart happy, the things that fill me up, the things that challenge me to be better. This will be as much about my journey to be better as it is about sharing what I have learned. I hope you engage with me. I hope you learn. I hope you teach me things in return. I hope you enjoy and share this with those you know would get something out of it.
